Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington
Eisemann Design was asked to design a fresh color scheme for the Club’s Gymnasium, hallways and selected classrooms. What used to be floor-to-ceiling dark blue gym was renovated and painted with new colors: white for the ceiling and the upper section of the walls, and tan for the lower sections of the walls. A two-tone stripe in blue and yellow adorned the bottom part of the walls along the floor. Additionally gymnasium’s hardwood floor was sanded down and repainted in coordination with the colors selected for the gym. New bleachers and gym padding in blue color were ordered. The doors were painted in red for contrast and safety reasons. Club’s hallways were painted in new vibrant colors while new flooring design featured square design echoing the colors selected for the club.
